The TaylorMade QI35 delivers strong distance and solid accuracy, especially in high swing speed scenarios. It finished with a distance score of 9.32 in the high-speed test, ranking as one of the longer drivers for that test.
However, forgiveness (or consistency in performance) isn’t a strength. Even if it’s giving you extra yards, the Qi35 is built for players with consistent swings who don’t rely on the club for forgiveness.

The TaylorMade QI35 LS is a low-spin option that again performed strongly in distance. It was moderately accurate but struggled with forgiveness.
The distance and accuracy were again quite strong when tested with the faster swing speed players. Overall performance compared to the rest of the testing pool was strong from the Qi10 LS in 2024.

You’re a high swing speed golfer who wants both distance and accuracy.
You want lower spin.

TaylorMade Qi35 Max
The QI35 Max favors a higher launch and spin profile. Its distance performance wasn’t as strong as the Qi35 Max’s but it was respectable.
In testing, it scored 8.7 overall and finished in the bottom half of the 2025 test. Forgiveness hurt the overall scoring of the Qi35, LS and Max.

You prefer a high-launch, mid-spin profile.
You want a slightly more stable Max option with decent speed.

TaylorMade Qi35 Max Lite
The QI35 Max Lite is the highest-spinning TaylorMade driver in the lineup. It offered the shortest carry and a soft landing profile. The Max Lite was also the most forgiving of the TaylorMade Qi35 but that extra consistency and forgiveness will cost you a few yards.
