Darbon named new chief exec., St. Andrews Golf

Rugby club CEO Mark Darbon, on Monday, was named the new chief executive and secretary of The Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews in Scotland replacing Martin Slumbers, who is retiring at the end of the year.
