Flaherty resigns, leaves PGA Tour's policy board

Less than a week after independent director Jimmy Dunne resigned, effectively immediately, and hours after the PGA Championship was decided, Mark Flaherty, another independent director, resigned from the PGA Tour's policy board Sunday night.
