Hodges docked stroke after waiting-time violation

In Round 3 at the PGA Championship Saturday, Lee Hodges landed a 1-stroke penalty after a waiting-time violation while a par putt of nearly 16 feet on No. 17 slowly crept its way into the hole in the rain at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, New York.
