Lowry in 3-way tie at clogged Cognizant Classic

Shane Lowry, looking for his third victory on the PGA Tour, was tied with David Skinns and Austin Eckroat Saturday at 13-under 200 after the third round of the Cognizant Classic in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
