It seems the comfort comes from an incredibly soft microfiber upper combined with an underfoot EVA foam. The fact that this is a spikeless shoe certainly doesn’t hurt the comfort level. 

Comfortable spikeless golf shoes don’t always score well in the stability and traction category but the PAYNTR X 001F was an exception. If you want a great summer shoe, you can also find this in a mesh option. It isn’t great for wet days on the course but is very breathable. 

PAYNTR X 003 F (Best Value)

When looking for the best golf equipment, gear and accessories, we can’t help but keep your budget in mind. The X 003F from PAYNTR does an incredible job with spikeless performance without breaking the bank. 

You get great traction, plenty of stability and a great-looking shoe—and you still have money left for your green fees. 

Similar to the PAYNTR X 001F, the 003F has a lot of comfort. The only potential problem is that the forefoot can crease when walking. For the price, we expected there would be some give-and-take on the performance.  

PAYNTR X 004 Luxe (Most Comfortable Spiked) 

The PAYNTR X 004 Luxe is the most comfortable spiked shoe of 2023. Yes, you read that right. PAYNTR managed to create both the most comfortable spiked and spikeless shoes of 2023. 

What may be even more impressive is the traction the two most comfortable shoes in golf provide.

The PAYNTR X 004 LUXE has a plush leather upper and a PMX foam midsole. If you walk the golf course, this level of comfort and premium feel in a shoe is something you should be seeking. 

PAYNTR installed the blister-free heel in the X 004 LUXE. All golfers have had that terrible experience with a blister in the heel so this is an important technology. Overall, if you want a top-notch shoe with a waterproof upper, the 004 LUXE is a smart choice. 

PAYNTR X 005 F (Good All-Around Spikeless Performance) 

The PAYNTR X 005 F earned fifth spot in the Best Spikeless Golf Shoes test of 2023. What the PAYNTR X 005 F offers is not necessarily a stand-out feature in any category but really solid performance throughout all the categories that matter. 

For example, the shoe is breathable and has a very comfortable upper. It has strong traction and that blister-proof heel technology. It moved a little further down our list than the X 001F or the X 003F because the heel slips occasionally. If you have high clubhead speed and a lot of lower-body action, this probably is not your shoe.

PAYNTR X 006 (Best Value Spiked) 

We have found it easier to discover value-priced golf shoes in the spikeless category than in the spiked category. The PAYNTR X 006 is a really great value golf shoe (and it’s a traditional spiked model). 

The PAYNTR X 006 performed surprisingly better than we thought it would, considering the price. You get great stability and traction and the comfort that PAYNTR offers throughout its entire line. 

The only negative we found here was the performance in wet conditions. If you are a rainy-day golfer, look for an alternative.
