About the 699 v2 Irons:

The 699 v2 iron is the product of three years of research, testing and development. The redesigned features include a 1.7mm thin VFT face which results in improved distance and more consistent distances across the entire face. Hollow-body technology provides superior distance, launch and forgiveness, making it a great game-improvement iron.

These irons are also the only model from Sub 70 available in a Single Length variation.
